Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checks the provider's schedule and ensures all required information is in the patient record before visits.
• Obtains missing information to keep medical records accurate and up to date.
• Captures vitals, history, medications, and pharmacy information at arrival.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA/OSHA regulatory requirements.
