Responsibilities

• Provides clinical care for patients as part of a PA team in cardiac surgery.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and determines diagnoses.
• Orders and interprets diagnostics in collaboration with the attending physician.
• Prescribes medications, treatments, and equipment as appropriate.
• Educates patients and coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborates with hospital staff and participates in rounds as needed.
