Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing required.
• BSN or advanced degree within 3 years of hire preferred.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care.
• Cultural awareness of diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities
