Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Practical Nurse License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Credentials from multiple states may be required at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and organizes patient visits with all tests and documents ready for clinician review.
• Performs focused nursing assessment and triage on routine conditions per protocol.
• Maintains patient flow and room readiness, ensuring supplies and educational materials are available.
• Documents nursing care and outcomes in EMR using KP HealthConnect or similar tools.
• Supports care coordination, referrals, and scheduling follow-ups as directed.
