Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Surgery Stepdown Unit in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will perform complex post-operative care, monitor telemetry, administer medications, and contribute to wound management to support patient recovery.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans, educate patients and families, and uphold evidence-based nursing practices that optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience in cardiac care or critical care units preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide complex post-operative care to cardiac surgery patients, including continuous assessment and telemetry monitoring.
• Administer medications and manage wounds to promote patient recovery and safety.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding of care processes and recovery.
