Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about plan of care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
• Support patient throughput and unit operations.
