Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.

• Licensed as a registered nurse in New York State and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Assesses patient needs and applies critical thinking to care planning.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Maintains therapeutic relationships with patients and families and educates them on care transitions.
• Documents accurately and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
