Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered as required by law; CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, cost-effective nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care according to standards of safety, risk management, and infection control.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Perform and fulfill all hospital incident command system responsibilities during emergencies.
• Know hospital emergency codes and follow policies for each code.
