Job summary

Beloit Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Step-Down/Intermediate Care Unit at Beloit Memorial Hospital. The RN provides advanced cardiac and telemetry care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing patients across the lifespan, developing care plans, coordinating care, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Wisconsin nursing license or active compact license.
• BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire and ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Provide nursing care for complex cardiac patients with telemetry monitoring.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans and document care.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate with the care team.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices and participate in quality initiatives.
