Job summary

Vernon Health is seeking a limited part-time Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS or RCS) to join our Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics and Rehabilitation Department in Viroqua, Wisconsin. This position offers the opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, performing comprehensive echocardiography examinations, including structural heart studies and stress testing, with or without contrast agents.

The schedule is limited part-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Sonography Program required.
• Current RDCS or RCS credential in Adult Echocardiography required prior to employment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of one year of cardiac sonography experience strongly preferred.
• Pediatric echocardiography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive echocardiography examinations including stress testing.
• Conduct structural heart studies and use contrast when appropriate.
• Work in inpatient and outpatient settings in Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics and Rehab.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $40.61 - $60.14 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Limited Part-Time hours that would be scheduled to fill in as needed for the below schedule.

7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
No call

No holidays
