Qualifications

• Must meet standards for required licensure/certification.
• Preference for experience as a Cardiac Sonographer in a hospital setting.
• American Heart Association BLS required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms.
• Assist in maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Provide patients with procedure explanation and documentation.
• Coordinate daily work distribution and patient flow.
