Job summary

Intermountain Health in Greensboro, NC seeks a Cardiac Sonographer to perform echocardiograms, stress echoes, and TEEs per physician orders. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, reflecting the organization's commitment to welcoming new team members.

The role is full-time (40 hours) with 10-hour shifts, rotating after-hours and weekend standby. Location at St. James Hospital and details reviewed at hiring.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound education program or combination of education and experience.
• Recommend experience in abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular and interventional ultrasound.
• Registration required: RDMS Physics SPI or equivalent (ARDMS/ARRT/etc).
• BLS required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms, stress echoes, and TEEs as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain proficiency in required ultrasound techniques and image documentation.
• Contribute to patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
