Intermountain Health seeks a Cardiac Sonographer at St. James Hospital in Peoria, IL. Performs echocardiograms, stress echoes, and TEEs ordered by physicians. Full-time position with 40 hours weekly, 10-hour shifts, rotating after-hours and weekend standby.

Position requires AMA-approved ultrasound training or equivalent, experience in abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular and interventional ultrasound, plus strong reading/comprehension skills. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 offered.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an education program through an accredited facility.
• Satisfactory completion of formal ultrasound training in an AMA approved school and/or formal on-the-job ultrasound training in addition to graduating from an AMA approved medical program.
• Experience in abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular and interventional ultrasound.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
