Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Echo imaging technologist to perform ultrasound exams in an ER setting with focus on patient care and rapid communication with medical staff.

The candidate will operate diagnostic equipment, maintain sterile areas, and meet health and employment screening requirements for hospital roles.

Qualifications

• Imaging experience in Echo procedures is required.
• ARDMS RDCS certification or equivalent is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism are essential.

Job description

• Perform a wide range of Echo imaging procedures in an ER environment
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients
• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness
• Communicate professionally and effectively with hospital staff and colleagues
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of imaging experience post-graduation
• Current ARDMS RDCS or CCI certification
• Valid driver’s license
• BLS/CPR certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Ability to use mobile phone devices and applications
• Proficiency with necessary technical equipment in the diagnostic modality
