Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care on a cardiac telemetry floor with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate care, coordinate patient plans, and ensure confidentiality and adherence to Mercy’s mission and service standards.

Qualifications include a nursing degree and current RN license. Certifications such as BLS are required, with additional cardiac-specific credentials potentially needed depending

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/PALS/PEARS/C-EFM or other unit certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Evaluate care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Uphold patient rights, maintain confidentiality, and align with Mercy Service Standards.
