Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Center for Cardiac Health on a per diem basis at Edward Hospital, with rotation to Elmhurst Specialty Care Clinic. Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:30 pm shifts available.

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care, coordinate with physicians, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation. IL license, BSN, ACLS/BLS, and 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education, communicate changes in patient condition and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
