Job summary

FMOL Health seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver patient care within the health care team model. The RN will plan, implement, and monitor patient care plans, administer medications, and maintain accurate records while upholding infection-control and safety standards.

The role requires one year of RN experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and a current Mississippi RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to recognize patients' individual needs based on age and condition; good judgment in delivering care; strong communication skills; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing nursing functions on the unit.
• Initiate and implement patient care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and IV solutions with proper technique.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
