Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support the New Hampshire territory. You will provide technical, educational, operational and sales support to achieve CRM sales and service objectives, while educating clinicians and staff on CRM therapies and products.

The role requires extensive travel within NH (about 80%), a valid driver’s license, and ability to work in clinical environments with exposure to medical settings. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering required.
• 2+ years in Cath lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic with cardiology knowledge.
• Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications, including Salesforce; ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, educational, operational and sales support to assist the district in meeting CRM sales and customer service objectives.
• Coordinate operational support including patient documentation, inventory and equipment resources, and programming software.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team members on CRM products and solutions; support onboarding of new staff.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer needs and market dynamics; provide feedback to achieve sales objectives.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory (approx. 80%); support clinics, hospitals, and meetings.
