Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support the Bridgeport, CT and Poughkeepsie, NY territory. You will provide technical and clinical support to clinicians and sales teams, coordinate patient documentation, and stay current on CRM therapies.

Extensive travel (roughly 80%), lifting up to 40 lbs, and after-hours coverage may be required. A healthcare or sales background with strong math and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in healthcare, field sales or related quantitative work.
• Advanced degrees may substitute years of experience as noted in the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support for CRM devices and therapies.
• Coordinate patient documentation, inventory, and clinic logistics.
• Educate physicians and staff on CRM products and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to address customer needs and market dynamics.
• Identify opportunities, support orders, and monitor competitive trends.
• Maintain current CRM knowledge to support patient outcomes.
• Travel extensively within the territory (approx. 80%).
• Perform duties requiring lifting up to 40 lbs and long hours in clinical settings.
• Support after-hours coverage and occasional weekend work as needed.
