Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• 0–2 years’ professional work experience.
• Background in medical device sales, clinical education or clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical expert during device implants, patient follow-ups, device programming and troubleshooting.
• Deliver effective education and training to health care professionals on product use and clinical benefits.
• Attend procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff to foster trust and engagement.
• Address customer needs efficiently and collaborate cross-functionally to support patient and clinician satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory in accordance with company guidelines to ensure readiness.
• Participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians.
