Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a clinical education-focused professional to support CRM devices across a defined territory. You will work with hospitals and clinicians, providing hands-on education, session planning, and real-time support for implants and follow-ups.

Your background in EP labs or cardiac device clinics, plus strong communication and initiative, will help advance patient care and drive adoption of CRM solutions. This role requires on-site collaboration with care teams across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• 0–2 years of professional work experience.
• Willingness to participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical expert during device implants, follow-ups, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals on product use and clinical benefits.
• Attend procedures in hospital labs and ORs to support patient outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to drive engagement.
• Resolve customer needs, collaborating across functions for patient and clinician satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory per company guidelines to ensure readiness.
• Participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians in real time.
