Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 0–2 years of related experience or a CRM training program certification.
• Must obtain certification in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and OR procedures and protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Able to collaborate with engineers, vendors, and customers; manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for presentations and documents.

Responsibilities

• Clinical interface between the medical community and business teams.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop, lead, and facilitate CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives.
