Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist based in Long Island, NY, delivering comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products. You will respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff, covering diverse product knowledge and training delivery.

The role requires a biomedical engineering background, cardiology knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience or cardiac training program certification.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology or related procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Able to collaborate with engineers, vendors and customers on multiple tasks.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office for graphics and documents.

Responsibilities

• Clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop, lead and facilitate CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
