Job summary

Alomere Health in Alexandria, MN is seeking a Cardiac Rehab Therapist to support the Cardiac Rehab Coordinator in daily operations and patient care. The role involves developing exercise prescriptions with physicians, collecting outcome data, and guiding patients through progression and education on risk factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Exercise Science or MN RN program completed.
• Active MN Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cardiac Rehab Coordinator to run daily operations.
• Develop and implement exercise prescriptions with physician collaboration.
• Collect and report outcome data and adjust treatment plans.
• Lead education classes on cardiac risk factors.
