Paycom - ATS is seeking a registered nurse to identify risk factors, design exercise-based care, and educate patients and families for safe home programs. You will apply nursing theory and standards to deliver comprehensive cardiac rehab and secondary prevention services.

Responsibilities include directing patient education, maintaining a safe care environment, and collaborating with other disciplines to optimize outcomes. Kansas RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/BTLS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Kansas
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• ACLS, PALS, BTLS preferred

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and home-transition plans.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and ensure safe care environment.
