Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family health problems with the health care team.
• Provide direct patient care in Cardiac Rehabilitation (inpatient and outpatient).
• Monitor patients during exercise sessions.
• Educate patients on diseases, cardiac risk factors, and behavior modification.
