AdventHealth Riverview (Florida) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our cardiac rehabilitation program on a full-time day shift. You will evaluate new cardiac patients, create individualized care plans, monitor vitals including EKG, and coordinate with referring physicians to optimize outcomes.

You will also support documentation, policies, and patient education. The role requires an Associate of Nursing with BLS/ACLS and 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS Certifications required.

Aufgaben

• Advise patients on rehab program benefits and risks; obtain informed consent.
• Develop individualized, result-oriented cardiac rehab care plans with physicians.
• Evaluate new cardiac patients; collect medical history and risk factors.
• Document patient outcomes and insurance-compliant data in Cerner.
• Maintain readiness of equipment and supplies; float to other sites as needed.
• Educate patients on cardiac anatomy, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
