Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Cleveland, TN is hiring a Clinical Coordinator for the cardiac rehab program. This role plans, organizes, and manages daily operations under the Executive Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, ensuring patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.

You will lead clinical staff, help manage budgets, and develop unit policies and procedures, coordinating with administrative teams to align operations with the facility's mission and PRIDE values.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing or a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
• MSN/BSN preparation preferred or master’s degree in health-related field is preferred.
• AD with demonstrated competency and a minimum of three years of nursing or other clinical experience required.
• Licensure: Current Tennessee or Compact State Registered Nurse License required if nurse. No state license required in TN if exercise physiologist.
• BLS required. ACLS required within six months of hire.
• Experience: Two years training and experience in clinical nursing or exercise physiology; one year in management/supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the overall operations of the cardiac rehab under the Executive Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Manage clinical staff and ensure regulation compliance.
• Oversee patient care and manage department budgets and unit policy/procedures.
• Coordinate administration and patient care activities consistent with the facility's mission and values.
• Support coordination between administration and patient care activities.
