Job summary

CLS Health PLLC is seeking an experienced cardiac rehab RN or clinical exercise physiologist to build and manage a cardiac rehabilitation program in Austin, TX. You will coordinate intake, assessments and treatment plans under physician direction, ensuring safe exercise and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or valid multistate license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• 2+ years direct cardiac rehab experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare cardiac rehab requirements.
• Experience with ECG monitoring and risk stratification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient intake, review orders, and eligibility.
• Perform initial assessments and risk stratification.
• Guide exercise per physician plan; monitor ECG and vitals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with medical director.
• Ensure documentation, coding and session notes meet deadlines.
• Track program performance and patient outcomes.
• Support program certification and audits.
