Job summary

Premier Health Partners’ Miami Valley Hospital South is seeking a Team Lead Exercise Physiologist (Cardiac Rehab). The role delivers and coordinates Phase 1–3 cardiac rehabilitation, providing education and ensuring optimal care under oversight of Rehab Program Manager.

The candidate will supervise exercise programs, advance program development with current research, and ensure compliance with policies and standards across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with cardiopulmonary focus.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Current BLS certificate at hire time; ACLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement Cardiac Rehabilitation across all phases.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients, staff, and physicians about cardiac care.
