Job summary

Campbell County Health is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join the Cardiology Service team. You will assess, plan, implement, and collaborate with departments to ensure exceptional patient and family care aligned with CCMH values.

You will design exercise prescriptions, conduct testing, monitor patients, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology is required; ACSM/AACVPR standards guide practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology required; Master’s degree preferred.
• ACLS, PALS, CPI, CPR certifications maintained to support licensure.
• Experience in critical care is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates assessment and develops exercise programs for cardiac and pulmonary patients.
• Implements and coordinates plan of care within the interdisciplinary team.
• Educates patients and families on exercise protocols and discharge instructions.
• Maintains infection prevention practices and ensures a safe environment.
