Qualifications

• 3–5 years pulmonary rehabilitation experience.
• 3–5 years clinical cardiac experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab patients across Phases I–III.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to guide individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise prescriptions and facilitate progression based on patient needs.
• Monitor patients during exercise sessions, including EKG monitoring and interpretation.
• Educate patients and families on risk factor management, heart-healthy lifestyles, and long-term wellness.
• Complete all required documentation, billing, and coordinate communication with physicians.
