Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a Basic Science or related field is required; two years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
  • One year of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory experiments and oversee in vitro or in vivo experiments using human or mouse samples.
  • Assist other researchers with experiments and data collection.
  • Manage animal husbandry, health, genotyping and weaning in animal facilities.
  • Organize experimental schedules and sample collections for single cell preparations.
  • Write regular reports on project progress and present findings at lab meetings.
  • Generate figures and tables for manuscripts, grants, and presentations.
  • Maintain antibody banks and coordinate transfers with BCM cores.
