Mercy is hiring registered nurses to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality, coordinate care with other departments, and ensure high-quality nursing duties comply with Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires an RN license in the hiring state (or compact licensure) and graduation from a nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN). BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support certification or within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments; ensures patient rights and confidentiality.
