Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced RN to support pulmonary and cardiac diagnostic testing. The role involves reviewing patient history, preparing patients, and monitoring during procedures.

You will perform nursing functions, assist physicians, and ensure accurate documentation and patient safety throughout the process. Minimum requirements include an Associate degree in nursing and NJ RN licensure, with certifications such as BLS.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Reviews medical history and records, preparing patients for pulmonary or cardiac diagnostic testing.
• Assesses patient condition by interview and physical examination and monitors throughout procedures.
• Performs nursing functions, assists physician, records procedures, and maintains sterile environment.
• Educates patient and family, develops discharge plans and coordinates with care team.
