Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a registered nurse to promote and restore patients’ health status. The RN will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervise assigned team members.

Candidates must hold an active SC RN license and have ADN, diploma, or BSN. New graduates may be considered through the hospital residency program and related onboarding.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the State of South Carolina.
• Education must be ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• New graduate RN’s require LMC Nurse Residency program or post-graduation experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patient health using nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide physical, emotional, and psychological support to patients and families.
• Document care and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Comply with nursing standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
