Qualifications

• BSN required; must obtain MSN or healthcare administration degree within 5 years of hire
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• 3–5 years progressive nursing leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing change, and improving clinical outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Progressive Care & Cardiac Unit
• Mentor nursing staff through coaching, development, and performance management
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and adherence to evidence-based practice standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and budgetary performance
• Monitor and improve quality metrics, patient experience outcomes, and employee engagement
• Lead initiatives related to regulatory readiness, patient safety, and continuous process improvement
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery and patient outcomes
