Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care/Cardiac Unit A1 at Winchester Hospital. The per diem, part‑time role delivers patient assessments, medication administration, and therapy evaluations, within a Magnet‑designated 183‑bed facility serving the northwest suburban Boston area.

In collaboration with physicians and the care team, you’ll develop plans, educate patients and families, and monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program; BSN strongly encouraged.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Unit-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments; observe and document responses.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
