Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to an assigned group of patients and assists with ADL.
• Documents data, vital signs and treatments accurately and timely.
• Transports patients, supplies, and equipment as needed; maintains unit cleanliness.
• Attends mandatory in-services and participates in unit education.
