Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora is seeking a Materials Handler to receive orders, stock materials, verify items and stage supplies for procedures. This on-site role supports the Rad Interventional Main department and requires precise inventory control and safe handling.

You will transport patients and assist with housekeeping duties as part of a fast-paced team. A high school diploma and BLS are required, with CNA preferred; 6 months of related healthcare experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider is required.
• Preferred: CNA certification.
• 6 months of related experience; 1 year preferred in a health care environment.
• BLS or CPR certification must be valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Receives materials and verifies accuracy and condition; issues materials and stages for distribution.
• Transports patients and assists staff with movement of patients and housekeeping duties.
• Inspects inbound freight and bills of lading; prepares items for patient charging; takes inventory.
• Maintains equipment, reports malfunctions, and supports Sterile Processing as needed; works in a fast-paced environment.
