Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Cardiac Med Intermediate RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO. The role emphasizes high-acuity cardiac care without vents, operating in a fast-paced, ED/ICU-like environment where strong assessment and teamwork are essential.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved nursing program (ASN/ADN/BSN) and hold a current RN license in Missouri. BLS certification is required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program: ASN/ADN or BSN.
• Hold an active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in cardiac care/immediate care settings preferred.

Responsibilities
