Mercy’s Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Festus, MO, seeks an experienced Cardiac Med Intermediate RN to join a fast-paced night-shift team. The role emphasizes nursing assessments, patient care, and teamwork on a 24-hour-per-week schedule in a unit that balances ED-like speed with ICU-level acuity.

Formación

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process with accountability.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure safety and quality.
• Protect patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Work in a fast-paced Progressive/PCU unit focusing on cardiac and respiratory patients.
