LiveWell Homecare Agency in St. Louis, MO seeks a skilled RN to provide direct patient care for high-acuity cardiology patients in a Magnet-recognized hospital setting.

You will manage acute conditions, titrate therapies, and support heart failure, post-transplant, or telemetry patients. You will educate families, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while advancing professionally through the Nurse Career Ladder.

Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification within one year.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, two years of experience.
• Additional training in ECG, invasive monitoring, LVAD management, and acute care is provided.
