Ideal candidates have ICU/PCU experience, an active Indiana RN license, and leadership capabilities. This role includes a hiring bonus and a commitment to top‑tier patient care.
7:00am - 7:30pm (Days); Three 12 hour shifts/week with holiday rotation. Some weekend rotation. This position will support both ICU/PCU.

The Patient Care Coordinator will provide daily, shift-to-shift leadership to support the operations of both the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located at Community Howard Regional Health in this new integrated role. As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will exhibit excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, and organizational skills. You will have the authority and autonomy to ensure the appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes are met, while effectively leading your team.
