Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for the PACU (PRN) role in Philadelphia. You will assess and prepare patients for Cardiac Cath, rhythm management implants, and IR procedures, then recover and monitor post-procedure patients.

Collaboration with providers, anesthesia, and unit leadership is essential for smooth patient care. Required PA RN license with current BLS and ACLS certifications; graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state PA Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare patients for Cardiac Cath, Cardiac Rhythm Management Implants, and IR procedures.
• Recover, monitor and care for post-procedure patients (post Cardiac Cath, post intervention, post angiography).
• Under direction from Providers, Anesthesia, Nurse Manager and Cath Lab leadership; may supervise LPN/CNA.
