Qualifications

• Cardiac-specific clinical skills and knowledge.
• Experience with post-operative cardiac care preferred.
• Ability to manage patient communications and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for cardiac surgery patients, including post-operative follow-up visits.
• Perform long-term aortic surveillance and manage cardiovascular care needs.
• Manage patient portal messages and review test results.
• Serve as an independent mid-level provider in clinic, on-site.
