Job summary

Qualifications

• Registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
• RN-First Assistant certification.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-surgical evaluations and issue pre-operative orders.
• Assist surgeons during operations, including instrument handling, exposure, tissue cutting, hemostasis, and suturing.
• Support postoperative care and patient discharge planning.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and patients to ensure high-quality care in clinic, hospital, and OR settings.
