Job summary

Emory Healthcare in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an experienced RN Clinician to deliver patient-centered care on day shifts. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a defined patient population.

You will collaborate with the interprofessional team, document thoroughly, and support patient and family education. Licensure, BSN/ADN options, and BLS are required, with ACLS as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BSN with 12 months of recent nursing experience in the past five years, OR ADN with 2+ years of recent nursing experience.
• Must have a valid RN license in Georgia and BLS certification.
• ACLS may be required for certain departments; multi-state compact license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective, and independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and recognizes impact on outcomes.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Identifies learning needs and recommends resources.
• Recognizes cultural differences and individualizes care accordingly.
