Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinician at its Warner Robins location. The role focuses on delivering safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process, performing patient assessments, and developing care plans with patient/family input.

The RN Clinician collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and may take on Charge Nurse responsibilities when assigned. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited BSN or ADN program with recent nursing experience, hold an active GA RN

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN program with 12 months of nursing experience in the last 5 years, or completion of a RN re-entry program.
• Graduate of an ADN with a minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in the last 5 years.
• Current RN license in Georgia (unencumbered).
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain departments.
• Active compact/multi-state license (eNLC) required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and monitors outcomes.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with input from patient/family.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Identifies learning needs and provides resources to patient/family.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and participates in leadership activities.

Education

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) – accredited prelicensure program

ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) – accredited prelicensure program

RN licensure in Georgia (unencumbered)

BLS certification

ACLS certification (may be required)

eNLC multi-state license readiness
