Qualifications

• Successful completion of training course(s) and/or certificate for electrocardiography (EKG) or electrocardiograph (ECG) and Phlebotomy.
• High school diploma or its educational equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct cardiac monitoring on the adult population.
• Apply infection control measures and provide nursing care as delegated.
• Record and exchange information on behalf of the patient.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development in patient care.
